Ruzz Bi-laban - Rice Pudding

Ingredients

1. 1/2 cup rice.
2. 2 1/2 cups milk.
3. 1 cup sugar.

Procedure to Serve the pudding cold (1)

1. Dissolve suger in milk.
2. Add rice.
3. Cook over low flame for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.

Procedure to Serve the pudding cold (2)

1. Stir two table spoons of lightly fried raisins into the pudding.
2. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top.

Procedure to Serve the pudding hot or cold (3)

1. Topping every plate with marmalade.
